Media Arts Center San Diego’s Frontera Filmmakers (Founded in 2008) is a great opportunity to meet local San Diego and Tijuana independent media artists.

Mission: Un lugar para reunir cineastas de ambos lados de la frontera. A place that brings together filmmakers from both sides of the border.
