Join our immersive week-long filmmaking camp tailored for teens aged 13–18. Whether you’re a budding director, screenwriter, or editor, this hands-on program guides you through the entire filmmaking process—from concept to premiere.

What You’ll Learn

Pre-Production: Craft compelling scripts and storyboards.
Production: Master camera operations, lighting, and sound recording.
Post-Production: Dive into editing techniques to bring your story to life.

Showcase: Present your finished film at a special screening for family and friends.

Dates: Weekly sessions from June 10 to August 9, 2025

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Tuition: $350 per week

Refund & Cancellation Policy

-There are no refunds for camps. To receive credit for future camps, cancellation is required at least one week before the start date of camp. Credit will be valid for one year and will be equal to the amount paid, less 10% for processing fees. Media Arts Center San Diego may at times need to cancel classes due to low enrollment, at which point a check reimbursement will be issued, less 10% for processing fees.
-MACSD is not responsible for providing refunds or offering makeup sessions for camps missed as a result of illness, emergencies or events beyond our control.
-MACSD will confirm cancellation via email.
